How to forward your MASONLIVE email to another account

To forward your email from MASONLIVE to another mail system, you can setup mail forwarding from within MASONLIVE. You have the option to save a copy of the emails in your MASONLIVE account before the messages are forwarded.

  1. Log into your MASONLIVE account.
  2. Click the Settings Gear at the top right of your window, then select Mail from the list of My App Settings.
  3. On the left hand menu click Mail, Accounts, then Forwarding.
  1. Select start forwarding.
  2. Then, in the Forward my email to area, type the email address where you want your MASONLIVE email to be sent.
  3. We recommend leaving the box checked to keep a copy of forwarded messages in Outlook Web App. If for some reason you believe an email was sent to you but not forwarded you can always check your MASONLIVE account.
  4. Click on the Save button.

    Note: At anytime you can return to the forwarding section to change the forwarding address or stop forwarding.
