George Mason University provides Skype for Business to active students at no cost. Microsoft Skype for Business is a hosted communications service that connects people; it gives users access to the availability of ones presence, instant messaging, ad hoc device to device audio and video calling, online meetings, and web conferencing capabilities.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
All current students are eligible. Skype for Business access is tied to your @masonlive.gmu.edu email address. You will automatically have a Skype account. No sign-up is necessary. When you stop taking classes at George Mason University, your Skype for Business access will end.
